Assessment and Consultation
The process begins with a thorough assessment of the artwork or
antiques to determine their specific requirements. We work closely
with clients to understand their needs, budget, and any special
considerations.

Packaging and Crating
Fine art and antiques are carefully packaged and crated using
materials and techniques that provide optimal protection against
physical damage, temperature fluctuations, and humidity. Custom
crates are often built to precisely fit the item and provide shock
absorption during transportation

Security Measures & Climate Control
High-security protocols are implemented to safeguard against theft
and damage. We are IATA agents, members of BIFA (British
International Freight Association) and are also Regulated Agents
with the Department for Transport, which means our premises and
procedures have been checked and meet all the required standards.
Our high security premises are fully alarmed and have been inspected
and approved by Lloyds underwriters.

Transportation, Handling & Loading
We carefully load the items onto specialised vehicles, ensuring they
are properly secured and protected during transit. We operate our
own fleet of curtain-sided vehicles with air-ride suspension and
tail-lift.
Where required, this process includes our attendance at the airline
shed during the pallet/ULD build-up, to ensure correct orientation,
secure assembly & recording of the pallet/ULD numbers. Further we
escort your cargo from the airline shed to airside, to ensure the
safe and efficient handling of your cargo onto the aircraft. We
provide photos/video of the whole process & confirm the loading
positions, together with the actual aircraft departure time.

Transit Monitoring & Customs Clearance
We monitor the progress of the shipment in real-time, using tracking
systems to ensure its safe and timely arrival. Customs procedures
and duties are managed in accordance with the regulations of the
destination country.

Delivery, Installation & Client Approval
Upon arrival, if requested, the fine art or antiques are unpacked,
inspected, and, if required, installed at the destination. We
conduct a final inspection with the client to ensure the items have
arrived in the expected condition..
