transportation needs, including the cargo's size, weight,
destination, and any special requirements.

Packaging and Labelling
Cargo is prepared for transport by properly packaging and labeling
it to ensure it is secure, protected from damage, and compliant with
shipping regulations.

Documentation and Customs Clearance
Necessary documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and
customs forms, is prepared to comply with international trade
regulations. Customs clearance processes are managed as required.

Booking, Scheduling, Loading and Tracking
Cargo space is booked with carriers, and transportation schedules
are planned to meet delivery deadlines. Cargo is loaded onto the
chosen mode of transportation (e.g., trucks, containers, vessels, or
aircraft). It is secured and properly stowed to prevent shifting or
damage during transit.
Real-time tracking systems are used to monitor the progress of the
cargo during transit. This allows for visibility and timely updates
on the cargo's location and condition.
Cargo may be transshipped or transferred between different modes of
transportation at transit points (e.g., ports, airports, or
distribution centres) to reach its final destination.

Delivery & Client Approval
Upon reaching the destination, the cargo is unloaded and delivered
to the recipient's specified location, whether it's a warehouse,
retail store, or another destination. We ensure that all necessary
documentation / Customs clearance is completed and verified. Proof
of delivery is obtained, and the recipient confirms receipt of the
cargo
